It Exists Within My Spirit as Living Art;
It is Poetry Waiting to Be Born

Picture
I’ve gone a little crazy with the seeds this year.
Very crazy considering I’m living full time in an RV, with limited space to store them and no place to plant them.

But I’m a dreamer. And I’m a planner.
These seeds represent a long-held dream that’s close to my heart.
These seeds represent the future.

Everything starts out as an Idea, a Vision, a Dream.
Everything starts out as a Seed.

We’re out here, living full time in our RV exploring,
looking for our Home.

We’re exploring the country, getting to know new places
and waiting for our Home to speak to us.

Waiting to hear the Spirit of our Garden whisper,
“Plant me here! Bring me to Life here!”

And we're looking and listening intently.

My Garden exists within my Spirit as living art;
It is poetry waiting to be born.

To me, these seeds represent the Promise of Home, of a New Stage of Life, a New Season.
These Seeds represent the Promise of a New Way of Life; a Life on Purpose.

Collecting seeds for the promise of home, for this next season of life, somehow makes it a little more tangible.
It gives my Dream Garden the promise of Form.
And it gives me a little head start once I have a place to plant.

I’m collecting Seeds for Vegetables, Culinary Herbs and Medicinal Herbs.
Pollinator mixes for the Bees, Butterflies and the Hummingbirds. Milkweed for the Monarchs.
Perennials, Annuals and Flowers simply for the Sake of Beauty.

Food. Medicine. Beauty. Its own little micro-ecosystem.

I have Seeds for a variety of plants, and I’m really just getting started. I plan to have a well-rounded seed collection in place and ready to go when it’s time to get started, so that acquiring seeds won’t be something I’ll have to think about when it’s time to plant.

And I want to get to know the Seeds before I plant them.

The live plant starts: Fruit Trees, Bushes, Bulbs, Roots, etc… will come later,
after we’ve found and moved into our Home and have determined exactly where we want to plant them.

For now, I’m collecting Seeds.

Just as our Home already exists as a Seed within our Hearts, my Garden already exists as a Place within my Spirit.

And now, with me physically, as Seeds.
